XODA – A gym management SaaS start-up (web & mobile apps, B2B and B2C)

APPROACH
XODA’s current platform ecosystem includes a web portal and mobile app for gym staff to manage customers with membership, payments, bookings, classes, scheduling, waiver forms, reports and messaging, and a white label mobile app for customers (gym members.) The existing platform was built by an offshore agency without a proper design process so this has been an ongoing collaborative effort to overhaul the UX/UI completely to align with their new branding and redesign the web and mobile apps in continuous phases, as there are current customers using the app and limited design and engineering resources.
